I disagree with him on one thing at least, the government implanting people with chips to track them. Chips won’t be needed once facial recognition software works as well as it’s human counterpart. I see something like Jamais Cascio’s Participatory Panopticon as more realistic. Although I’m sure a few rich people will be up to something sinister in that world as well.
